BOLZANO system – it is a fence system made of closed profiles. Modern design is emphasized by laser burnt decorations. The fencing set consists of a span, wicket, gate, columns 70 x 70 x 2 for spans and 100 x 100 x 3 for gates and wickets and mounting accessories. Galvanised and powder coated elements.

BOLZANO is a fencing system which includes: columns, span, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns).

BOLZANO wicket is hot-dip galvanized (frame) and powder coated. The wicket consists of a welded frame made of 40x40 profiles (1.5 mm and 2 mm thick), horizontal transverse profiles 40x20x2 mm and aluminium pickets of filling fixed to the wicket frame with rivets. Thanks to this solution the stiffness and stability of the structure at 27 kg was achieved. The entire wicket is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges.

Technical data of BOLZANO wicket:

  • The height of the wicket is 1520 mm and the width 900 mm (including 938 mm hinges);
  • The wicket leaf has a riveted angle iron cover;
  • The wicket leaf is suspended on hinges mounted to 100x100x3 mm steel columns or to brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying;
  • The wicket is equipped with plugs for Ø20 technological holes and 30x15 mm handle plugs;
  • The wicket in the lock profile has holes for the lock, cylinder insert, insert cover and the handle.

The fence is available in hot-dip galvanized version (wicket frame) according to the standard: EN-ISO 1461 DIN 50976

TZNO and powder-coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 in RAL colour 7021 (wicket frame) and 7016.

MAT (aluminum filling).

BOLZANO- it is a fencing system which consists of: columns, span, wicket, gate

double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns).

BOLZANO span is hot-dip galvanized (span frame) and powder coated.

BOLZANO span consists of a steel frame made of 40x30x1.2 mm profiles, horizontal transverse profiles 40x20x2 mm and aluminium pickets of the filling, which are attached to the span frame with blind rivets. Such a solution allows to obtain rigidity and stability of the structure at the weight of 29 kg. The whole set is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated fixtures (BOLZANO span fixture).

Technical data of BOLZANO span:

  • The width of the span is 1970 mm and the height 1120 mm;
  • The special feature of the BOLZANO span is the filling made of aluminum, which is resistant to adverse weather conditions (corrosion) and does not require any maintenance treatment other than washing.

The fence is available in hot-dip galvanized version (span frame) according to the standard: EN-ISO 1461

BOLZANO is a fencing system which includes: columns, span, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns). BOLZANO double-leaf gate is hot-dip galvanized (gate frame) and powder coated.

The double-leaf gate consists of: left leaf, right leaf, columns, actuator handles. The single leaf of the double-leaf gate consists of a welded frame made of 40x40 profiles (1.5 mm and 2 mm thick), 40x20x2 mm transverse profiles and aluminum infill pickets, which are mounted to the gate frame with rivets. Thanks to this solution, the rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved at a set weight of 150 kg. The entire gate is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges. The double-leaf gate of the BOLZANO system is available only in an automatic version.

Technical data of the standard double-leaf BOLZANO gate:

  • The gate height is 1520 mm, width 3910 or 3985 mm (including hinges);
  • The width of one leaf is 1988 mm with hinges;
  • The leaves are hinged on steel columns 100x100x3 mm or brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying.
  • The stop of the gate (flat bars 80x60x3) is welded to the right door leaf;
  • The double-leaf gate is equipped with plugs for technological holes Ø20 and a hinge covers in the form of angle irons fastened to the leaves with blind rivets.

The fence is available in hot-dip galvanized version ( gate frame ) according to the standard: EN-ISO 1461
