ANCONA –  elegant, closed construction enriched with designer's rhombus. A solution for customers wishing to emphasize the advantages of their properties, residences. It is a clear accent, which cannot be passed indifferently.

The fencing set consists of a span, gate, wicket, steel columns for spans of 70x70 profile and steel columns for the gate, wickets of 100x100 profile. Thanks to the use of hinges and handles of our company, it is possible to install a span, wicket, gate to the columns of split blocks. The system is protected against corrosion with hot-dip zinc and powder paint (DUPLEX). Available in smooth gloss or matt structure finish.

ANCONA wicket

ANCONA wicket

The wicket is made of steel, vertically arranged closed profiles 18x18x1,2 mm (7 pcs) welded to a horizontal decorative profile 40x20x1,5 mm and to a frame consisting of a profile 40x40x2 mm (profile with hinges) and two profiles 40x40x1,5 mm (profile of the lock box and bottom profile). A square-shaped decoration is welded to the horizontal profile. The decoration is made of profiles (length, 180 mm) 40x20x1.5 mm. Thanks to this solution, the rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved at a weight of only 17 kg. The whole wicket is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges.

 

Technical data of ANCONA wicket:

  • The height of the wicket is 1450 mm and the width 900 mm (including hinges 936 mm);
  • The distance between the vertical profiles is 94 mm;
  • The wicket leaf is hinged to 100x100x2 mm steel columns or to brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar to be bricked in;
  • The wicket has plugs for technological holes Ø10 and Ø12;
  • Wicket in the lock profile has holes for the handle, cylinder and plates.
  • The span has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes.

 

The fence is available in a standard hot dip galvanized version: EN-ISO 1461 DIN 50976 TZnO and powder-coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 in RAL colours according to JARMEX catalogue.

ANCONA span

ANCONA span is made of steel, vertically arranged closed profiles 18x18x1.2 mm welded to the decorative transverse profile and frame made of 40x20x1.5 mm profiles. A square-shaped ornament made of profiles (180 mm long) 40x20x1.5 mm is welded to the decorative profile. Such a solution allows to obtain appropriate rigidity and stability of the structure at the weight of 23 kg. The whole set is mounted to steel or concrete columns by means of dedicated holders (decorative span).

  • The width of the span is 2000 mm and the height 1250 mm;
  • The distance between the vertical profiles (16 in one span) is 94 mm;

Double-leaf ANCONA gate

Double-leaf ANCONA gate

The double-leaf gate consists of: left-leaf, right-leaf, horizontal valve and bottom bolt. A single double-leaf gate leaf consists of 16 18x18x1.2 mm vertical profiles welded to two 40x20x1.5 mm transverse profiles and a frame consisting of four 40x40x2 mm profiles. A square-shaped ornament made of profiles (180 mm long) 40x20x1.5 mm is welded to the horizontal decorative profile (upper profile of the gate filling). Thanks to this solution, the stiffness and stability of the structure was achieved with the set weight of 70 kg. The entire gate is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges. It is possible to automate the gate suspended on both steel and concrete columns.

 

Technical data of double-leaf ANCONA gate:

  • The gate height is 1450 mm, width is 3982 mm (including hinges);
  • The width of one leaf is 1986 mm (including hinges);
  • The gate leaves are hinged on steel columns 100x100x2 mm or brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying.
  • The gates stop (flat bar 80x60x3), bottom bolt sleeves and horizontal valve sleeve are welded to the right door leaf;
  • The horizontal valve sleeves and padlock eye are welded to the left gate leaf;
  • The double-leaf gate has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes;

Self-supporting standard ANCONA gate

Self-supporting standard ANCONA gate

The self-supporting (sliding) gate consists of 60x40x2 mm profiles forming a frame, horizontal profiles (2 decorative profiles 40x20x1.5 mm long and one 580 mm long) and 39 vertical profiles 18x18x1.2 mm. To the horizontal decorative profiles, apart from the vertical profiles, square-shaped ornaments made of profiles (180 mm long) 40x20x1.5 mm are welded. A rail beam made of a gantry channel of 70x70x4 mm is welded to the frame. The rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved thanks to the use of 2 mm thick frame profiles. The gate leaf is assembled using dedicated columns (start, end and "A-type" ). It is possible to automate the gate by adding a drive and a nylon toothed bar. Both manual and automatic gates are available in left and right versions due, i.e. direction of opening.

Technical data of self-supporting standard ANCONA gate:

  • The total height of the door leaf is 1390 mm, the width is 6000 mm and the entry light is 4000 mm;
  • The self-supporting manual sliding gate set includes a hook lock, cylinder and handle;
  • The starting and ending column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x80x2 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories (e.g. top fixture, overrun basket);
  • The "A-type" column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x40x3 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories - guide rollers (and drive in the case of an automatic gate);
  • The base welded inside the "A-type" column is a fastening element for the gate drive (in case of an automatic gate);
  • The height of the columns: 1500 mm starting column, 1500 mm A-type, 500 mm ending column;
  • Self-supporting gate has plugs for technological holes Ø10, Ø12, Ø20 and plugs for 60x40 gate bottom profile.
